 INGREDIENTS :

• 160ml (2/3 cup) thickened cream

• 1 Streets Golden Gaytime ice-cream, softened slightly, sticks removed

• 2 tbs caramel sauce

• 4 Arnott's Malt 'O' Milk biscuits, finely crushed

• 60ml (1/4 cup) Baileys Original Irish Cream

• 2 tbs butterscotch schnapps

• 2 tbs vodka

• 8 ice cubes
