METHOD :
1️⃣ Prep & Preheat:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin.
Toss blueberries with 1 tbsp flour (prevents sinking).
2️⃣ Make Batter:
Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk, mixing just until combined.
Gently fold in blueberries.
3️⃣ Bake to Perfection:
Divide batter among cups (fill nearly to the top).
Sprinkle with coarse sugar if using.
Bake 20-25 mins until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
4️⃣ Cool & Enjoy:
Let cool 5 mins in pan, then transfer to a rack.
Serve warm with butter!
