METHOD :
1️⃣ Prepare the Slow Cooker:
Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker.
2️⃣ Layer the Ingredients:
Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker. Add the broken pasta, mushrooms, onion, and garlic on top.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, sour cream, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the pasta and chicken.
3️⃣ Cook:
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and the pasta is tender.
4️⃣ Shred the Chicken:
Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker.
5️⃣ Add Cheese:
Stir in the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses until melted and well combined.
6️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions if desired. Serve hot and enjoy this creamy, comforting dish!
