METHOD :
1️⃣ Prep & Boil:
Line two baking sheets with parchment or wax paper.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Stir in sugar, milk, and cocoa powder. Bring to a rolling boil for 1 full minute, stirring constantly.
2️⃣ Mix & Combine:
Remove from heat. Immediately stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
Add oats and salt, mixing until fully coated.
3️⃣ Scoop & Set:
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto prepared sheets.
Let cool at room temperature until firm (about 20 minutes).
4️⃣ Store & Enjoy:
Keep in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
