Better Than Takeout Fried Rice

   

Steps to make fried rice: cooking eggs, crisping rice, serving.


METHOD :



1️⃣ Scramble Eggs:

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok/large skillet over high heat. Add eggs, scramble until just set, then remove.

2️⃣ Stir-Fry Base:

Add remaining oil. Sauté garlic 15 sec until fragrant.

Add veggies (and protein if using). Stir-fry 2 mins.

3️⃣ Crisp the Rice:

Add chilled rice, breaking up clumps. Press into pan to crisp (2 mins).

4️⃣ Season & Finish:

Drizzle soy sauce, oyster sauce around edges of wok.

Toss everything together. Add eggs back in.

Off heat, stir in sesame oil, white pepper, and green onions.
