METHOD :
1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray two 12-cup muffin pans generously with nonstick cooking spray.
2️⃣ Prepare the Batter:
In a large bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions. Add an extra egg to the batter for extra gooeyness.
3️⃣ Fill the Muffin Pans:
Divide the batter evenly among the 24 muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
4️⃣ Bake:
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the centers are set but still slightly gooey.
5️⃣ Cool & Serve:
Let the brownie cupcakes cool in the pans for 5 minutes. Use a butter knife to gently loosen and remove them from the pans.
