Mixing biscuit dough with butter


METHOD :



1️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Whisk flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne.

2️⃣ Cut in Butter:
Use a pastry cutter or fingers to blend butter into flour until crumbly. Stir in cheese.

3️⃣ Add Buttermilk:
Gently mix in buttermilk until just combined (don’t overmix!).

4️⃣ Bake:
Drop 1/4-cup scoops onto parchment-lined sheet. Bake 10-12 mins until golden.

5️⃣ Brush with Butter:
Mix melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, and salt. Brush over warm biscuits.

Pro Tip: For extra fluffiness, freeze grated butter for 10 mins before mixing!
