Chicken and Dumplings

  

Steps to make chicken and dumplings: sautéing, simmering, serving.


METHOD :


1️⃣ Sauté & Simmer:

Melt butter in a large pot. Sauté carrots, celery, and onions until tender.

Stir in flour and cook 1 minute. Gradually whisk in water, bouillon, milk, and seasonings.

Add shredded chicken and bring to a low simmer.


2️⃣ Mix Dumplings:

In a bowl, combine Bisquick, salt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and milk until just mixed.


3️⃣ Drop & Cook:

Drop spoonfuls of dumpling dough into simmering soup.

Cover and simmer 15 minutes (do not lift lid!).


4️⃣ Serve Warm:

Ladle into bowls and enjoy immediately.
