Easter Trifle 🍰



METHOD :


  1. Prepare the Layers:
    Cut the cake into 1-inch cubes and set aside. Wash and slice the fresh fruit.

  2. Assemble the Trifle:
    In a large trifle bowl or glass dish, start with a layer of cake cubes. Spread a thin layer of fruit preserves (if using) over the cake.
    Add a layer of custard, followed by a layer of fresh fruit. Repeat the layers until the bowl is full, ending with a layer of whipped cream on top.

  3. Decorate:
    Sprinkle pastel-colored sprinkles over the whipped cream and arrange Easter-themed candies on top. Add fresh mint leaves for a pop of green if desired.

  4. Chill & Serve:
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled and enjoy!
