METHOD :
Preheat & Prepare:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan or spray with non-stick cooking spray.Prepare the Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.Cut the Dough:
Open the cans of cinnamon roll dough and cut each roll into quarters.Coat the Dough Pieces:
Dip each dough piece into the melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture until coated. Place the coated pieces in the prepared bundt pan. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if using.Make the Glaze:
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, remaining melted butter, and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture evenly over the dough pieces in the pan.Bake:
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the dough is cooked through.Finish & Serve:
Let the monkey bread cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then invert it onto a serving plate. Drizzle with the icing from the cinnamon roll cans. Serve warm and enjoy!
