Easy Macaroni Salad




METHOD :


1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:

  • Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Set aside.


2️⃣ Make the Dressing:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.


3️⃣ Combine Ingredients:

  • Add the cooled macaroni, celery, red bell pepper, red onion, and carrots (if using) to the bowl with the dressing.

  • Gently toss until everything is evenly coated.


4️⃣ Chill:

  • Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.


5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:

  • Before serving, give the salad a quick stir and garnish with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of paprika or chives if desired.

  • Serve chilled and enjoy this creamy, refreshing side dish!
