Easy Orange Sherbet

  



METHOD :



1️⃣ Zest & Juice:

Zest oranges before juicing. Strain juice to remove pulp.

2️⃣ Sweeten & Blend:

Whisk orange juice, zest, milk, sugar, lemon juice, and salt until sugar dissolves.

Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

3️⃣ Freeze to Perfection:

Pour into a shallow dish or loaf pan.

Freeze 1 hour, then stir with a fork to break up ice crystals.

Repeat every 30 mins for 3-4 hours until creamy.

4️⃣ Scoop & Serve:

Let sit at room temp 5 mins before scooping.

Garnish with extra zest or mint.
