METHOD :
1️⃣ Make Blueberry Purée:
Blend blueberries and lemon juice until smooth. Strain through a sieve if you prefer seedless.
2️⃣ Whip Cream:
Beat heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
3️⃣ Combine:
Gently fold condensed milk into whipped cream, then swirl in blueberry purée (don’t overmix for a marbled effect).
4️⃣ Freeze:
Pour into a loaf pan. Freeze 6+ hours.
5️⃣ Serve:
Let sit 5 minutes before scooping!
Pro Tip: For extra creaminess, stir once after 2 hours of freezing!
