METHOD :
1️⃣ Cheesecake Layer:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease and line a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until combined.
- Pour into the pan and bake for 40-45 minutes. Cool completely.
2️⃣ Red Velvet Cake Layers:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 9-inch cake pans.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder in a bowl.
- In another bowl, combine oil, buttermilk, eggs, vanilla, food coloring, and vinegar. Slowly mix wet ingredients into dry until smooth.
- Divide the batter between pans and bake for 30 minutes. Cool layers completely.
3️⃣ Assemble the Cake:
- Place one red velvet layer on a plate. Add a thin layer of frosting on top.
- Place the cheesecake layer and frost lightly.
- Add the second red velvet layer and frost the entire cake.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
