Knock You Naked Red Velvet Cheesecake 🍰

 


METHOD :


1️⃣ Cheesecake Layer:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease and line a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix until combined.
  3. Pour into the pan and bake for 40-45 minutes. Cool completely.

2️⃣ Red Velvet Cake Layers:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 9-inch cake pans.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, combine oil, buttermilk, eggs, vanilla, food coloring, and vinegar. Slowly mix wet ingredients into dry until smooth.
  4. Divide the batter between pans and bake for 30 minutes. Cool layers completely.

3️⃣ Assemble the Cake:

  1. Place one red velvet layer on a plate. Add a thin layer of frosting on top.
  2. Place the cheesecake layer and frost lightly.
  3. Add the second red velvet layer and frost the entire cake.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
