Mexican Coleslaw

Steps to make Mexican Coleslaw: prepping, mixing, serving.

 


METHOD :



1️⃣ Prep the Veggies:

In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, purple cabbage, carrots, jalapeño, cilantro, and red onion.

2️⃣ Make the Dressing:

In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, lime juice, honey, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3️⃣ Combine & Chill:

Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss until evenly coated.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.

4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:

Garnish with cotija cheese, avocado slices, and lime wedges.

Serve chilled alongside your favorite Mexican dishes!
