- 2 tbsp oyster sauce 
- 1 tbsp soy sauce 
- 1 tsp fish sauce 
- 1 tsp sugar 
- 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves (or regular basil) 
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced (optional) 
- 1 onion, sliced (optional) 
- Steamed jasmine rice 
- Fried eggs (1 per serving)
- Optional garnish: sliced cucumbers or lime wedges
