METHOD :
Activate the Yeast:
In a small bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes, or until frothy.Mix the Dough:
In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.Knead the Dough:
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.Let the Dough Rise:
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp towel or plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size.Shape the Dough:
Punch down the dough and divide it into 2 equal portions for medium-sized pizzas or leave it whole for a large pizza. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.Preheat & Prepare:
Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.Top & Bake:
Transfer the dough to a pizza peel or baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Add your favorite toppings and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.Serve & Enjoy:
