Poor Man’s Burnt Ends

 

Steps to make Poor Man’s Burnt Ends: seasoning, glazing, and serving.


METHOD :



1️⃣ Season & Bake:

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).

Toss cubed chuck roast with BBQ rub. Spread on a wire rack over a baking sheet.

Bake for 2.5–3 hours until tender.

2️⃣ Glaze & Caramelize:

In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, honey, vinegar, Worcestershire, and liquid smoke.

Transfer beef to a foil pan, pour glaze over, and dot with butter.

Bake 30–45 mins more until sticky and caramelized.

3️⃣ Serve & Devour:

Garnish with chopped parsley or jalapeños. Serve on buns, with pickles, or straight off the tray!
