🍫 Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Brownies



METHOD :


  1. Preheat & Prepare:
    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper.

  2. Make the Brownie Batter:
    In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until smooth.
    Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
    Gently fold in the flour until just combined. Stir in the chopped Reese's cups.

  3. Add Peanut Butter Swirl (Optional):
    If using, drop spoonfuls of peanut butter onto the batter and use a knife to swirl it into the top.

  4. Bake:
    Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Top with extra Reese's cups and chocolate chips if desired. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

  5. Cool & Serve:
    Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before slicing. Drizzle with melted peanut butter or chocolate sauce if desired. Enjoy!
