Root Beer Bread


METHOD :


  1. Preheat & Prepare:
    Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and set aside.

  2. Mix Dry Ingredients:
    In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Add Root Beer:
    Pour in the root beer and stir until just combined. The batter will be thick and slightly lumpy.

  4. Add Butter:
    Stir in melted butter until the batter is smooth. Add vanilla or root beer extract if using.

  5. Bake:
    Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  6. Cool & Serve:
    Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy with butter or your favorite spread!
