METHOD :
1- Line a baking tray with foil. Place tray in the freezer to chill.
2- Use a melon baller to scoop out 8 balls of ice-cream. Place on prepared tray. Freeze until firm.
3- Drizzle the inside of two 250ml glasses with caramel syrup. Combine and vodka in a jug. Divide between glasses. Divide ice-cream balls between glasses. Dust with drinking chocolate and garnish with Caramello chocolate.
