METHOD :
1️⃣ Prepare the Batter:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix the brownie batter according to the box instructions, then add an extra egg for a fudgier texture.
2️⃣ Fill the Muffin Pans:
Spray the muffin pans generously with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with the brownie batter.
3️⃣ Bake to Perfection:
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the centers are set but still slightly gooey.
Let the brownie cupcakes cool in the pan for 5 minutes before removing them with a butter knife.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
Let them cool completely on a wire rack, or enjoy them warm with a scoop of ice cream or a drizzle of chocolate sauce!
