METHOD :
Preheat & Prepare:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Prepare the Bread:
Use a spoon to press down the center of each bread slice, creating a well for the egg. Place the bread on the prepared baking sheet.Add Cheese & Egg:
Sprinkle shredded cheese into the wells of the bread. Crack an egg into each well, being careful not to break the yolk. Season with salt and pepper.Bake:
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the cheese is melted.Garnish & Serve:
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh herbs or your favorite toppings. Serve immediately and enjoy!
