METHOD :
1️⃣ Prepare the Filling:
In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
2️⃣ Assemble the Chimichangas:
Spread 2-3 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of each tortilla. Top with 1-2 tablespoons of cherry pie filling.
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll tightly to form a burrito shape.
3️⃣ Cook the Chimichangas:
Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Brush each chimichanga with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
