METHOD :
1️⃣ Cook the Potatoes:
Place the halved baby potatoes in a large pot and cover with salted water. Bring to a boil and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until tender. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Creamy Sauce:
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
3️⃣ Combine Potatoes & Sauce:
Add the cooked potatoes to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
Transfer the potatoes to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot as a side dish and enjoy the creamy, flavorful goodness!
