METHOD :
1- Preheat a waffle maker. Place 1 frozen hash brown on each waffle plate. Close the lid as much as possible and cook for 5 minutes. Close the lid fully (now that the hash browns have softened) and cook for a further 5 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
2- Top warm hash browns with smoked salmon, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce and chives. Season and serve.
