METHOD :
1- Heat the oven to 400 F.
2- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder and salt
3- In a large, microwave-safe bowl, combine the cheeses and microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until fully melted and combined.
4- Add one egg to the cheese mixture, and stir to combine.
5- Add the flour mixture to the cheese and egg mixture. Stir well, until fully combined.
6- Divide the dough into four equal pieces and roll each into a disk shape.
7- Poke a hole in the center to form a bagel.
8- Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and brush with a beaten egg.
9- Sprinkle generously with everything bagel seasoning.
10- Bake for 10 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
11- Allow to cool at least 5 minutes before serving.
