METHOD :
1️⃣ Prepare the Cake:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract, and mix well until the batter is smooth.
- Gradually add hot water and mix until you have a thin batter.
2️⃣ Bake the Cake:
- Pour the batter evenly into two greased and floured cake pans.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cakes cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
3️⃣ Prepare the Ganache:
- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
- Pour the hot cream over the chopped dark chocolate in a bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy.
4️⃣ Assemble the Cake:
- Once the cakes are completely cool, spread a layer of ganache on top of one cake.
- Place the second cake on top, then pour the remaining ganache over the top, letting it drip down the sides.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
Let the ganache set for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy the rich, chocolaty goodness!
