For the Cake:

• ¾ cup cocoa powder
• 1 ½ tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup hot water

For the Chocolate Ganache:

• 1 cup heavy cream
• 200g dark chocolate
