Raspberry Lemonade Yogurt Ice Pops

METHOD :



1️⃣ Make the Raspberry Syrup:

In a small saucepan, combine the raspberries, sugar, and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the raspberries break down and the sugar dissolves (about 5-7 minutes).

Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the seeds. Let the syrup cool completely.

2️⃣ Prepare the Popsicle Mixture:

In a large bowl, whisk together the cooled raspberry syrup, lemonade, and Greek yogurt until smooth.

3️⃣ Fill the Molds:

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.

4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:

To remove the popsicles, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds. Garnish with fresh raspberries or lemon slices if desired. Enjoy these refreshing summer treats!
