METHOD :



1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.

2️⃣ Prepare the Corn Mixture:

In a large bowl, combine the corn, milk, beaten eggs, sugar, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

If using cheese, stir it into the mixture.

3️⃣ Make the Topping:

In a small bowl, mix the crushed crackers with melted butter until evenly coated.

4️⃣ Assemble & Bake:

Pour the corn mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the buttery cracker crumbs evenly over the top.
