METHOD :
1️⃣ Make the Brownie Batter:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Stir until just combined.
2️⃣ Bake the Brownies:
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
3️⃣ Add the Toppings:
Let the brownies cool slightly, then drizzle the caramel sauce over the top. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or over a double boiler, then drizzle over the brownies.
4️⃣ Cool & Serve:
Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
