METHOD :
1️⃣ Cook the Potatoes:
Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with salted water. Bring to a boil and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until tender. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Cream Sauce:
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to create a roux.
Gradually whisk in the milk and broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Combine Potatoes & Peas:
Add the cooked potatoes and peas to the skillet. Stir to coat everything in the creamy sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
